The bare truth of capitalism – “Principle of Elimination”. Our system plans on how to eliminate candidates as much as possible. Only remaining ones get the opportunity to breathe at the end. To be one of them I have to prepare myself. To win this competition I need two things – FOCUS and ATTENTION. Managerial communication and leadership is all about new mindset. Considering average growth as not ‘success’, 97% people of the world population is unfortunately losers. Only 3% people are on top, these are the ones who act as catalyst in others life. The purpose of leadership, the sole meaning of catalyst became very visible with the TEDx talk of the Shahidul Alam, one of the pioneers in Bangladesh who achieved immortality though his work. His photography is now in most of the world famous museums . Very few people achieved this in their living time.
